Clean up..clean up

It's time for the playhouse to make way for some room for little Abel to stretch his feet now that he's crawling all over the place. As the kids were sick, we stayed home and spent this time doing some cleaning up of the playarea.

Our little Keziah lent a hand too in 'sweeping' up the mess around.

There we go, the 'brand new' place with more space for both to play..Abel's definitely happy to be able to be on his fours rather than confined in the exersaucer.

It's only then that Mommy realised Abel could climb the stairs and took keen interest in it!

Keziah only wanted to nap in Shu Shu's room today. So we let her be and also brought Abel in so that we could keep an eye on both. Sorry Shu Shu for messing up your room but guess your niece and nephew just found your room a nice place to be in!
Fun new experience..
Ooo...sexy babe..

Everything was interesting to our little Abel...Is he going to be a techy guy?

Who's that in the mirror?

New baby...

Oh don't get me wrong, it's not that MOmmy's pregnant again! We can't afford this now, juggling already with two. It's Uncle Vincent and Auntie San who have a new baby, a pal for their dear son Lucas. We decided to pop over for a visit with Uncle Chris, Aunt Nat and Cheryl. Just look at the lovely little gal.

Oh yes, the older ones were having fun playing together. Keziah's into this phase of sweeping around with the little dustpan she found.

Wbat's Daddy and Abel doing? Looking on at the trio..

New school?

Next year Mommy's returning to school and that means she'll be up very early and impossible to drop Keziah off at school. Now that's going to be a little problem. Recently too, Mommy noticed that the school also is a little biased where the expatriats seemed to get better treatment. Somehow, Mommy wasn't very comfortable. Anyway, there's a new school that is starting at Ah Ma's place. So we went to have a a look. Not too bad though it's a more neighbourhood setup. Think we'll give it a try..

Keziah seemed rather happy playing around and making herself comfortable. Hope she'll like this new place when we officially starts.

Binge out...

Daddy has just finished reservice today! It's celebrations...with loads of food..
We had a dinner out with uncle chris's and uncle edwin's family (Daddy's army pals). We had intended to go to Harbour City Restaurant for crab buffet but sadly, they didn't serve that as it was Mooncake festival menu. So we headed down to Clementi Woods for Sakura. There was a wide spread of food but the standard was only so so. Nonetheless, it's the company that counted and of course, the kids had their fill of ice-cream.

New crocs finally

Mommy's been trying to order a pair of new crocs Mary Jane through bulk purchase to get a better price. Finally, the shoes came, though not the most preferred colour that Mommy had wanted. Mommy's choice was fushia, then cotton candy and then pulse. Somehow because Mommy provided alternative colour while others didn't, they managed to get cotton candy and Mommy, pulse. So lesson learnt: Either take the risk or otherwise live with the less preferred. Nonetheless, Keziah still liked her new shoes.

Daddy's away in Green

Daddy's been away for 2 days doing his national duty and we are missing him quite abit. Keziah has been acting up when she's dropped off at school more than usual. With two little ones sick, especially Abel, Mommy really missed Daddy's company. Though it may be simply washing the bottles or packing Keziah's bag, it's something that Mommy valued. Especially so when these days work is just getting overwhelming that Mommy can't seem to keep awake after putting the kids to sleep. Mommy really missed having someone to talk to, to rant and just be there. Keziah was saying "Daddy's not here" when Mommy put her to sleep tonight. Mommy was telling Keziah about tomorrow when Daddy's back. She seemed rather happy. Just one more day and we'll have Daddy back.

More walks in park...

Good to take a breather at parks and let the little one(s) run around..

It's the bug again....

Well this time, it's Abel who fell sick first. Seriously, we wonder how he caught the bug since Keziah's still fine. The PD said he's down with a throat infection and probably that's causing him his fever and bad running nose as well as cough. It really so bad that his nose was running as if there's no end and he's coughing his lungs out in effort to get rid of the mucus. Nonetheless, he's still as active as usual.

Wet and runny...but still active..

A day after, Keziah came down with fever too. For the past 2 days, their fever been up and down which really worried us. Thankfully it seems like Keziah is riding over it well. For the whole of today, aside from the high temperature on waking in the morning, the fever seemed contained after a dose of paracetamol. This was what we tried to get her occupied with for the day.

Hands on the corn cob...working for the meal...

It's been a long while since Keziah meddled with paint. Daddy and Mommy thought it's a good way to use her energy since she's been home the whole day. Just look at the artist in action...

The works...

Exersaucer Fun

Abel has been always quite well entertained when placed in the exersaucer. He is rather satisfied with the toys he's with and also bouncing in it in his excitement at times..

Keziah's been in photography moods these days...taking after her daddy...

Teachers' Day Out!

It's a day off for Mommy and Auntie Nat and thought it was a good idea to meet up together with our darlings. DAddies were away on reservice together so the mommies decided to try some clean fun at Forum and get some shopping done.

We were abit early at Forum to go into the playarea so the little ones had some time roaming around ELC before they ran loose in with the activities in the playarea. The girls hit off so well and the mommies were really having a laugh at how they "monkey see monkey do".

The latter half of the day was spent shopping at Isetan. Actually it was Mommy who wanted to get some good deals off the Baby Fair. However, looks like there were more returns when we bummed into the gap sale at 60% off retail. Got 2 pieces for Keziah and 1 for Mommy as sizes weren't many for the designs that Mommy liked. In fact, Auntie Nat and Mommy bought quite similar clothes for the girls. Thanks for being petite, Auntie Nat and Mommy bought kids sizes 10 and 12 for a steal of $10 for a top for themselves. Hmmm...Mommy has yet to try on the top but banging she'll fit in!
