Just 2 nights ago, got an sms from my mom to say that my aunt was admitted to the hospital but who knows the next moment she was admitted to the ICU and on the brink of death. It was so sudden and definitely shocking for my two cousins who had lost their dad just 2 years back and were not even past the legal age. She left the world yesterday. I can imagine how sad they are and guess now as the older cousin, it's for us to help support them through this time. This incident really reminded me how frail life is. You never know if there will be tomorrow. It's really about living everyday with no regrets, loving those who love you, living each day for the Lord knowing our purpose here as Christians on earth is no more than a pilgrim and not let life go to waste. Enjoying the very luxuries of life and earning the most you could would not gain you any minute or more to live today should you be called home to be with the Lord. Rather when you stand before Him, can you account for what you have done with the moment you have on earth? Sometimes we wonder why so many things happen to us, sometimes we are so bluffed by it, but let us remember as in Rom 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." God's grace aboundeth more....
