Shun Kuey Making

Keziah was learning from the 'master' today how to make traditional Hakka Shun Kuey. Just look at how intently she was focussing.

Getting her hands all working on the dough. Yes, she did recognise and call out 'dough' as she got her hands all kneading and rolling away. It's like her playdoh.

All white and messy but nonetheless, great fun!
